Terms for an adult business user creating and operating offers, websites, content, and customer-response paths with JobsBuild.
1. Operator, scope, and acceptance
JobsBuild is operated by Jobs Ventures, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These Terms govern JobsBuild accounts and the websites, content, offer, inquiry, and response tools made available through JobsBuild. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Questions and formal notices may be submitted through https://jobsventures.com/contact.
2. Adult business users and authority
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use JobsBuild for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information and may not create an account for another person without authority.
3. Current free, publication-first service
The currently available core service lets a user manually organize one or more offers, edit and publish a site, create content, add an external payment link, collect permitted customer responses, and review next-action guidance. These manual functions remain usable without AI credits. Native JobsBuild checkout, settlement, paid AI, and automatic external publishing or sending are disabled and not currently available unless the service expressly presents and the user separately accepts an activated feature.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, keeping account information current, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that defeats plan or security limits, probe another user's data, or bypass access, rate-limit, release, approval, or provider controls.
5. Your content and the limited service license
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to third-party rights. You grant Jobs Ventures, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, copy, process, display, transmit, back up, and technically adapt that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content and personal information you submit.
6. Publication, customer responses, and your role
You decide what to publish and remain responsible for offer accuracy, pricing, disclosures, delivery, refunds, taxes, intellectual-property clearance, and customer support. When a visitor submits an inquiry through your published site, you are responsible for your relationship with that visitor and for using the response lawfully. JobsBuild provides the technical collection and workspace tools and does not become the seller or a party to your customer contract.
7. Preview, approval, and optional AI
JobsBuild does not automatically publish or send content on your behalf. Changes generated with AI, if an AI feature is later activated, must show their source and remain subject to preview, apply, undo, and cancel controls. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review it before use, and Jobs Ventures, Inc. does not guarantee legal compliance, sales, reach, or business results.
8. External payment links and unavailable commerce
An external payment link connects your visitor to a provider selected and controlled by you. JobsBuild does not hold or settle funds, store raw card details, guarantee the seller's performance, or resolve the external provider's payment dispute. Native subscription checkout, native customer checkout, settlement, and additional AI-credit purchases are not currently available. Separate terms, pricing, required notices, and express acceptance will apply before any such feature is activated.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use JobsBuild for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or unsafe activity; malware or credential collection; unauthorized surveillance; unsolicited bulk outreach; evasion of provider or payment controls; sale of prohibited goods; or content that violates another person's privacy or rights. You may not imply that JobsBuild endorses your offer or guarantees its outcome.
10. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may change the service to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to stop harm, comply with law, investigate abuse, or protect users and the service. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct a non-urgent breach. You may stop using the service and delete your account through account settings.
11. Export, deletion, and surviving records
Account settings provide a structured data export and account-deletion path. Account deletion permanently removes authentication and user-controlled site content through the product's deletion workflow. Records that must remain for security, dispute, tax, transaction, or legal purposes may be minimized or anonymized and retained only for the applicable period. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, responsibility, liability, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers and liability limits
JobsBuild is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Jobs Ventures, Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user content, external providers, external payment links, customer contracts, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, or liability caused by willful misconduct where applicable.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Delaware may hear disputes, but this choice does not remove mandatory rights or a mandatory forum available to a consumer under the law of the consumer's residence, including applicable Korean law. Before filing a claim, each party should give the other a reasonable opportunity to resolve it through the contact path above.
14. Changes and controlling versions
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or material service changes. We will publish the version and effective date and provide advance notice when required. A material change does not retroactively authorize a new payment, AI provider call, customer communication, or automatic publication. English and Korean versions are intended to have equivalent effect for their respective signup locales; mandatory local law controls if a translation conflict cannot be reconciled.
